Did track workout with Court, Breanna, Cathy, Ben & Autum. Did 1.5 mile warmup. 4X100s sprint/glides. 2X200s, Then Did 7X400s. (we were suppose to do 8....but I was having major bathroom issues today)......NOTE TO SELF.......Don't do speed workout after a major Holiday and Eating Fest! 800m cooldown (walking)
200s: 40 and 41 sec
400s: 1:26 (too fast!), 1:36, 1:33, 1;42 (started to feel sick on the last turn on this 400....had to go to bathroom!), 1:34, XXX (major potty probs!), 1:36 I was kinda bummed that I felt like crap today....(pun intended!).....but was still happy. My goal was to keep the 400s somewhere around 1:35 (even though secretly I wanted to do a little faster), so I guess mission accomplished for today anyway! Will go to Crossfit tonight........hopefully....after stomach settles!
