Recently had a baby boy this year!!

Short-Term Running Goals:

Getting back into running since I had baby #2. Run injury free!

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Honestly I just love to run, and I hope that I can do it the rest of my life..until the day I die!

I am married to a wonderful hubby, who has ran 3 marathons and a half ironman with me! I have 2 cute boys and a dog!

was going to meet Courtney to run the canyon today.....but I slept in. Oops. I am still a little sore from saturdays run anyway, which I didn't realize until I did my 3 miler with my good friend Emilee visiting from up north. We had a good talk while run/walking.

Did track workout with Court, Breanna, Cathy, Ben & Autum. Did 1.5 mile warmup. 4X100s sprint/glides. 2X200s, Then Did 7X400s. (we were suppose to do 8....but I was having major bathroom issues today)......NOTE TO SELF.......Don't do speed workout after a major Holiday and Eating Fest! 800m cooldown (walking)

200s: 40 and 41 sec

400s:  1:26 (too fast!), 1:36, 1:33, 1;42 (started to feel sick on the last turn on this 400....had to go to bathroom!), 1:34, XXX (major potty probs!),  1:36

I was kinda bummed that I felt like crap today....(pun intended!).....but was still happy. My goal was to keep the 400s somewhere around 1:35 (even though secretly I wanted to do a little faster), so I guess mission accomplished for today anyway!

 

Will go to Crossfit tonight........hopefully....after stomach settles!

woke up early and ran 5 with Cheri and Breanna. I had potty/stomach issues again. Wasn't the best run. But I got 5 in before I left for Girls Camps this week!
