Getting back into running since I had baby #2. Run injury free!

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Honestly I just love to run, and I hope that I can do it the rest of my life..until the day I die!

Met Heidi, Pegg, and Cheri to run up Snow Canyon this morning. This killed me. I haven't run this run for like 2+ yrs.....but I'm glad its over with! I really need to do more hill work I decided. Usually I start this run just at the base of Snow Canyon, but we started about a mile before the base of Snow Canyon.....and I could totally feel it at the end. I think I like just doing this run as an 8 miler instead!

Locked my keys in the car! I am so spacey in the mornings (well ESPECIALLY in the mornings!). Heidi drove me home and they Ryan said he would run out there and then drive my car back.....what a nice husband!

Run up: avg pace 9:56

Run down: avg pace 8:22

Total run avg pace: 9:11

 

Thinking of going and swimming/biking with the Tri club tonight....but super duper scared too! But we will see if we can find a sitter....and if I can get over my fear of open water!

 

Wind was so bad that ryan and I didn't go to tri club workout. Decided to go to Xfit instead. Which made me want to puke!

AMRAMP:  in 15 minutes (I did 4 sets of these)

200m run

15  2for1 wall ball shots (8#)

10 burpees

then for time (i did 3 sets of these)

20 walking lunges

15 box jumps

10 pushups
