My legs felt totally dead this morning after this 40 minutes of stair training last night. Ugh! However, two and a half miles into my run on the treadmill, they started to get a little bit a life in them. I was able to get in 13.6 miles at an easy pace before heading off to work. Feels great and looking forward to a 5k snowshoe race this weekend!

Snowshoe race sounds tough, especially with some fresh powder coming. Have fun!!

You really know how to mix your races up and keep them interesting :-) Hope you have fun. I feel cold just thinking about it.

BTW...sorry I haven't visited your blog lately, I'll have to go back and see what's been going on in your running world :-)

Andrea, thanks and the snowshoe 5k was lots of fun and the fresh powder made for a great workout. I cannot wait to snowshoe some more this winter!

Preston, great to hear from you and I should be back for good now since our FRB works on my iPad. I need to get caught up on your blog. Thanks!
