AM run 80's overcast and humid. The foot is feeling a lot better I just have to stay patient and stick with the plan.

AM workout and mid morning run. Struggled a bit with the foot today but we'll see what tomorrow brings with a day of rest ???

AM workout and a rest day for the foot from running, maybe a afternoon MTB ride if I can work it in.
13 mile MTB ride after work. The ole' foot is feeling better but I might still give it a day or two before starting to run again, I need to get this thing behind me so I can get back to a running plan.

AM MTB ride 13 miles "Nice and Cooler".
