A steady build-up of 10-15% a week in mileage as long as the foot cooperates with cross training on the bikes. From the way things went today it might be a good time to give the foot a couple days rest and then take it from there. It was a "BIG BUMMER" today but I'm hoping it just one of those things and it won't be a big set back.
