Afternoon workout and run after work.  Not a bad run today but ran out of gas.

Morning workout before work. The stars are lining up for me to take a rest day 1. This has been a hard week at work so far 2. I'm tired 3. It's my daughters birthday and I want to spend the time with her!!!! I'll be back out pounding the pavement tomorrow.

Thanks for the prayers for my wife (Candy) She had two CT scans one without dye and one with dye.She has past one stone in between the two scans which is good news. The bad news is she's got more stones but they are in a sack ? and the doctors doesn't think they'll become a problem, at least not for now. She goes back in 6 months to see if anything has changed.

Afternoon run after work "Hot" but I had a good run. The last three miles at a 7:00 min pace avg. 

Afternoon run after work after coming home to take the dog out. High 80' and humid another day that left me feeling like I'd chased my tail all day long!!!!!!
