Morning run before church 28 degrees and sunny no wind.

The plan was to run a steady 8:00 pace this afternoon but what I ran felt really relaxed so I just went with it. I'll take tomorrow off then a slower pace 8-10 miler Wednesday.

Afternoon run 50's and sunny a little breezy. One mile warm-up then 5 @ 7:40 another mile cooldown.

I ramped up the miles and the intensisty this week to try and get use to running faster. Next week I'll back the miles back a little, rest up and get in a good 18-20 miler next weekend.
