Warmup on the TM, started at 15 and worked down to 1.5, felt good to get the legs going, a bit sore in the quads from the climb Monday... I then headed into cycling a great 45 min burn, pushed it good! Then went into the sauna for 20 min. about passed out when I stood up!
Ended the day with a.... soccer game, it was a good workout only had one sub. |
