I found a great place to stay in Vegas, the Marriott Chateau.  It's technically a Marriott Vacation Club but you can rent rooms like a normal hotel.  Easy access to the Airport, no stinky casino and a really great gym with all LifeFitness equipment.  My new go to place to stay while on business in Vegas.
