8 miles on the treadmill
3 miles with my track team, today I made them run to Drycreak park and run 10x hillsprints up a 12% hill. I decided to do the workout with them cause if I just stood there with a cool glass of lemonade while they were running they wouldn't respect me. Seriously I think that was the hardest workout I've ever made myself do, I've done hills before but usually long slow runs, not sprints.
