Take back what I said yesterday about jetlag, I couldn't sleep at all last night. I forced myself to lay in bed until 4:00 then I got up and went to the gym. Pretty hard workout for me, 2 mile warm up and then a 9 mile progressive tempo in 60 minutes, started at 7:30 pace ended at 6:15, then a 1 mile cool down in 8:00. Nothing ground breaking but it put my body in a bit of a shock. No comment! just a link I found interesting in light of Lance Armstrong.
