6:30 am. I lied about going back to the trail, my co-workers wanted to see my cool trail that I found so I told them I'd meet them in the hallway at 6:15 this morning. Only 1 of the 3 actually showed up so we headed off. Very nice morning, cloud cover made it warmer that the past 2 days. Ran 1 mile in 10 minutes with him and then he told me to go ahead. I ran out to the 2.5 mile marker and turned back around. Caught back up with him at mile 4 and slow jogged with him back to the car. 5 miles in 40 minutes. |
