4:30 am. Another "recovery" day so I decided to not push it and went to the hotel gym and did the elliptical machine for 1 hour. It said I went 7, so I put down 7. My leg definately likes the elliptical more than running, I feel practically no pain on the machine so it's probably a good choice to try and recover with. I pushed pretty hard, set the resistance to 12 and tried to keep my heart rate above 130, which is very difficult on the elliptical I've found. I would like to get out and run tomorrow and Saturday but I guess it all depends on how my leg feels each morning.
