40 minutes on the elliptical, my legs were a little sore today from Saturday and I have to go sit on a plane for 20 hours today so I wanted to give my legs a break.  I miss an entire day flying to China so I'll actually mis 3 full days of running, which is probably fine.

They were doing bone density tests at the gym today, mine came back at 1.41, have no idea 1.41 what but they said that was really good for an old guy like me.  A healthy 25 year old should be a 0.0.

2 weeks to Boston.  Who is ready???  Hope the weather can hold out, I'll take rain, wind, and cold over hot any day of the week.

How early will you start looking at the forecast?

And last year, about 8-9 days before the race, I was rummaging through the winter clearance stuff at Smiths looking for orange gloves. So don't trust whatever the first forecast is :-)

I'm willing it to stay cold! A snow storm would be nice.

Luckily this only projects out until the 14th right now -

Don't send me stuff like that, work has me stressed out enough already. I have to figure out how to get $5000 worth of network equipment into China in my suitcase.

I'm guessing Arizona's below average is still higher than Bostons above average.

This one makes me feel a little bit better, especially the NNE wind.

Just get an ipad. They do everything.

:), a couple of those make up the $5000

NE is headwind. You want SW.

Oh just stop it. I like the cooling effect of a head wind :)
