Maybe 3-4 hours of sleep last night so no run this morning.  Got to bed on time just couldn't sleep.

Slept better last night and I was ready for a run this morning.  Good run although it was warm and windy (71 degrees).  Pretty good headwind and uphill for the first half wiped me out somewhat.

Felt like riding the bike today instead of running.  Got the trainer out and rode for 60 minutes, 50 minutes on a harder gear, 10 minutes cool down.

Run at 6800 ft. in Island Park.  It's always a nice run up there, that hill at the half way point is a killer though.
