Good run this morning, got out a little late so I had to cut it a little short today. Must be spring in Utah, 50 degrees and very windy this morning vs. 24 on Friday morning. I'll take the 50 and windy. Tried a different route today to run more accross the wind vs. against the wind.

What a nice morning for a run. Temp 45-47 no wind, really nice. Had a good run this moring, got 7 in so it's a good day. Heel is a little sore today, again....

Yesterday afternoon and this morning the back of my heel got really pretty sore. Out of desperation I decided to try an older pair of shoes, the Brooks. My heel was still pretty sore for about a mile then everything started loosening up. So knock on wood but it feels much better than yesterday right now. I'll keep wearing the older shoes to see if it keeps making a difference. Took the run really easy today. I noticed that I was favoring my left leg and my right leg was getting a little sore.

Good run again today, the heel is feeling much better. It's amazing how I can change shoes and it almost immediately feels better. Took it easy today I don't want to try and push it yet.

I had a hard time getting out the door this morning, just lazy. Kind of struggled today but my time was better than yesterday so that's a bright spot. The weekend is here and I'm going to take it easy on the heel.
