2.  Need to return the new shoes I got Saturday as they have caused a serious blister on my left heel.

Exchanged my Mizuno Inspire 6s yesterday for another pair, hopefully no blisters this time. Also, Wasatch Running had a pair of vibram five fingers kso in my size (they didn't Saturday nor did anyone else I called) so I took it as an omen to go ahead and get some. 


 

Ran 2 at 8:30 in them, then did one hour Barbell Strength (got lots of strange looks from my frog feet).

Ran another 2 at 8:30, felt really nice.

In honor of the Olympics starting:

If you published a picture like that today, you'd probably get sued by the Olympic Committee for trademark infringement.

3.5 miles 8:40, .5 miles 7:00 (just to speed up a bit) all in VFF.  I know it has been a very easy running week, but hopefully it is helping my tendon.
