7 at 8:00. Amazingly, this lazy boy finally actually did some running. I saw Rob who is running much more like Superman than I am.

For some reason my wife thinks that working from home means free baby sitter. I'm baby sitting a 3 year old boy and 2 year old girl while she is at a church meeting. I should say Dora is baby sitting. I'm napping.
