Been busy at work so I've missed a few days of blogging.

a.m. One hour barbell strength.

p.m. Two hours elliptical watching episodes of season 5 of MI-5 (Spooks).  It has taken over a year of being in the online DVD cue for these to finally be mailed for me to watch.

I've never heard of that show, I'll have to check it out.

I just got done watching the entire season of Top Gear. Love that show.

Nice time on the elliptical

Dale, I suggest starting with season one. They are great DVD shows to watch on the treadmill or elliptical.

Tom, I'm really down that my achilles continues to bug me. It is really a pain to not just be able to run injury free.

Those dang achilles are just nasty to get healed up, can take forever. Is yours at the point where you have a big bump/knot in it? Whatever the case you sure don't want to rupture it, good to play it safe. As miserable as the XT routine may be, you seem to be able to endure it much longer than most runners can and it has kept you in peak condition it seems.

Nice cross training. Love a good show as we spin along in the hamster wheel/elliptical/
