-Marathon (2013 SGM) 3:26:07 Official chip time 3:29:30 (had to take a 0.75 mile detour to get my watch).

-Survived Speedgoat 50K 2013 (Time 9:59:51)

Short-Term Running Goals:

Attempting to complete half ironman triathlon.  I've done a decent amount of running but not much else for a while.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Stay healthy and happy.

Run everyday forever.

Ran on the local trail today. Went further up sombrero than usual. I forgot how crummy that trail is to run on. If I could learn to run quick on that without spraining an ankle I would be awesome. AP: 10:43

Ran up sombrero saddle again. I felt really good going up. I felt like I could run the whole way except for the terrain is so rocky. I went up sombrero about 200 vertical feet above the saddle.

This was a great run up Wasson peak. I felt really good and my time was my personal best by at least several minutes. I was also able to run up the whole way. Every lap was faster than my usual. It was a really encouraging run. AP: 11:03.
