-Marathon (2013 SGM) 3:26:07 Official chip time 3:29:30 (had to take a 0.75 mile detour to get my watch).

-Survived Speedgoat 50K 2013 (Time 9:59:51)

Short-Term Running Goals:

Attempting to complete half ironman triathlon.  I've done a decent amount of running but not much else for a while.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Stay healthy and happy.

Run everyday forever.

Wanted to run to the LDS temple in DC. I looked on the map it was about 6 miles away. I thought I could run up there and then catch the subway to get almost back home. So i Went out and run thhrough Rock Creek Park up to the temple. It was a beautiful run adn i was glad I did it. I didn't want to run the 7 miles it turned out to be to get back home. So i looked to where the nearest metro station was. It turned out to be 3 miles away. i ran there and then got off where i thought I was closeest to home and ran/bushwhacked the last 2 miles home through a portion of rock creek park in the dark. I should have just ran back the way i came it would have been way easier. Fun exploring trip though.
