Ran the route up wade road again. This is becoming my standard route. I went way a little further today to make it 6 miles. The downhill miles were all faster than 8 min/mile. AP 8:04/mile. Last month I had the goal to run 110 miles (10% more than December). I ran 130. This next month I have the goal of going up about 10% again. So if I increase 10%/week the miles will add up to ~165. 10% more than 130 is 143. I think I will make my goal in the middle at 150 as it is a short month and I have a race at the end of it. |
