| | I'm really not feeling the love today, but I persevered. Darn candy corn. Feet were feeling weird, left calf felt weird, and neck felt weird. There were lots of little breaks here and there to take a sip of water or stretch out the calves, but I did it. Did a .25 mile warm-up, jogged 1.75 miles at 6 mph, walked .25 miles, jogged 1.25 miles, then did a slow .5 mile cool down. Total time was 41:50. I think I'll be doing a lot of stretching today. Maybe it's just a Monday thing. | |

| | Definitely better than yesterday. My calves and the arches of my feet still hurt, but I think that's more a vitamin issue than anything else-bananas here I come! Something is going on with the right side of my stomach. I'm still trying to figure out what. We took Tyson to the zoo yesterday for his birthday, so I did a lot more walking than originally planned. It made me realize that I'm gonna be the dork wearing tennis shoes with everything at DisneyWorld next week-my back was sore!! Headache came on in the afternoon, but it wasn't as bad as I was gearing up for which was very nice. Did a .25 mile warm-up, jogged 2 miles, walked .25 miles, jogged 1 mile, then did a .5 mile cool down. And this time I didn't have to stop every 10 minutes for a drink-yippee!
