I finally had a little time and the energy to get an extra run in today. I ran for 2 miles at 6.5 mph and it felt great. It actually felt like I wasn't pushing myself very hard, but I didn't want to push too much and I didn't have a ton of time. I'm really liking this cross training thing, because I don't feel the typical pains when I run now in my hamstrings and lower back. I did the 2 miles in 18:41 minutes, then did a .25 mile cool down for three or four minutes. |
