Two miles are morning walks. Today I was back at the P90X to give it a try and it felt good, so I did the chest and back workout. When I was done I really felt like doing something more, so I jogged a mile on the treadmill. Pushed myself at the beginning, then little baby started crying. So I slowed down to a walk for a cool down for the last part. Total time for the mile was 11:32. I'm feeling a lot stronger with my running now. Hopefully that continues. |
