One word for the past ten days-ALLERGIES!!!!!!! They have hit us hard and made me miserable. So, instead of running I've been eating chocolate and sleeping. Today I'm determined to start exercising again. Legs are still feeling pretty good, although the run today managed to give me blisters on the arches of my feet. Very weird. Did .1 mile warm up, ran 3 miles(6.4 mph for most of it, then 6.0 for the last .5 mile), started a cool down for .3 miles, then decided to do some slower walking on an incline of 3 for .4 miles, then a cool down for the last .2 miles. Finished a 5k in 29:53, total time was 41:47.
