Felt pretty good today, even though I had to take several baby breaks to help itty bitty. My legs are feeling surprisingly good still, so hopefully that means I'll be able to maintain exercise longer than last time. Did .1 mile warm up, ran 2.4 miles (kept it at 6.6 the whole time), then did a .5 mile cool down. Total time was 29:39. Trip to the pool with 7 kiddos in tow.
