| | I'm back! Today felt like a really good run. A few spots of tightness, but so much better than last week. I ran 3.25 miles in 30:37, then did a .75 mile cool down-with no breaks even! I'm finally feeling like I'm getting control of my body back. Hopefully that means control of the emotions follows suit! I'm still trying to keep it easy though. I'm really hoping this is an indicator of what the rest of the week will be! |

| | Feeling pretty good again today. I did stop to stretch at about 2.5 miles-I'm sore from yesterday!! I did 3.25 miles in 30:01, then jogged .25, speed walked .5, and did a .25 cool down. Definitely feeling back to normal this week. Just need to go to the chiropractor to finish the tweaking! |

| | Today is all about interruptions apparently. Lots of unintended breaks, but still a good run I think. I'm definitely stiff from the long break last week and it feels good to be working it out a little bit more each day. I ran 3 miles in 28:15, then jogged .25, and walked .5 for a cool down. |

| | Pretty good today. I got a phone call about 1.25 miles into the run and it lasted a while so I kind of started over again. I ran 3.75 (total) miles in 36:31, then did a .75 mile cool down. My heels have been really tight this week, so I've been trying to stretch them as much as possible and right before I go to bed at night. I think it's starting to help. |

| | I think today's run felt the best so far this week. I ran 3.5 miles in 32:50, then did a .75 mile cool down. I finally tried stretching my feet and heels by just sitting in the kneeling prayer position and it made a HUGE difference-thanks for the tip Marion! |
