I'm back! Today felt like a really good run. A few spots of tightness, but so much better than last week. I ran 3.25 miles in 30:37, then did a .75 mile cool down-with no breaks even! I'm finally feeling like I'm getting control of my body back. Hopefully that means control of the emotions follows suit! I'm still trying to keep it easy though. I'm really hoping this is an indicator of what the rest of the week will be! |
