Pretty good today. I got a phone call about 1.25 miles into the run and it lasted a while so I kind of started over again. I ran 3.75 (total) miles in 36:31, then did a .75 mile cool down. My heels have been really tight this week, so I've been trying to stretch them as much as possible and right before I go to bed at night. I think it's starting to help. |
