I ran the full 3.25 again-WAHOO!!!! I feel like I'm finally in control of my breathing again.
I didn't run the full time today because I played around with increasing the incline and upping the speed a little bit. It still felt good though!
I was able to up the speed a little bit today and still run the entire 3.25 miles. Yeah for me!
I actually did pretty well today. I upped my speed to 6.7 and maintained it for the entire run. Time constraints were the only reason I didn't go farther. It was basically an extra run day anyways.
