I actually did pretty well today. I upped my speed to 6.7 and maintained it for the entire run. Time constraints were the only reason I didn't go farther. It was basically an extra run day anyways.
Nice pace my dear! be sure to take it easy and not go hurting your self. Most days should be pretty relaxed- you should only kick your bum 1 to 2 days a week :) I like that rule :)
