My knee felt a little tweaked today. Did the .25 mile warm-up, ran .75 miles at 6.2 mph, then stopped and stretched some more. Once I finished that I ran 1.5 miles at 6.2 mph, then did a .75 mile cool down. It's feeling better. The girls are getting into it too. I think we might have a little runner in Reagan. She's up to running .5 mile at 5.2 mph. I think she could go a lot further, but I want it to stay fun for her. Paige is more into walking than running, but at least she's wanting to give it a shot!
