Starting to feel a little better. My feet and legs still get sore really quickly on the speed walking part and I get bored jogging so I'm taking several breaks. BUT, I'm feeling faster and getting stronger. Did a .25 mile warm up, then jogged at 5.8 mph and walked at 4.7 mph for 2.85 miles, then did a .25 mile cool down. Total time was right around 35 minutes. Still getting the morning walk in as well. |
