I didn't think I would get a run in today, so I'm really happy with it. I'm definitely sore from yesterday's run, but I figured the sooner I get back into a routine, the sooner the soreness goes away. I didn't do as much of a warm-up today because I wanted to see if I could maintain a faster pace for a while. I kept the incline at 1 again. Did a .1 mile warm-up, ran 2.5 miles at 6.5 mph (felt really good and wanted to keep going, but not enough time), then did a .5 mile cool down. Total time was 30 minutes. |
