I have one word for my body today-SORE!!!!! I decided to start incorporating some stomach exercises and push-ups into my stretching after the run and I am SERIOUSLY out of shape! Oh well, that's why I'm starting to do it now. I wanted to see what kind of stamina I had today so I kept the incline at 1. Did a .25 mile warm-up, jogged 3 miles, then did a cool down. Total time was 37:07. I was pretty proud of myself that I lasted that long-I didn't think I could yet. |
