| | I tried the incline at 2 for 99% of the time and it hurt the arches of my feet when I was walking. I don't know if that means I need to stretch better or just get used to it. The jogging felt pretty good. I think the breakdown was something like .25 mile warm up, jogged 1.25 miles, walked .75 miles, jogged .75 miles, then did a .25 cool down. Total time was 36:25. Hopefully I'll get back into more of a routine soon-chocolate is not repulsive to me anymore and it's showing! | |

| | I have one word for my body today-SORE!!!!! I decided to start incorporating some stomach exercises and push-ups into my stretching after the run and I am SERIOUSLY out of shape! Oh well, that's why I'm starting to do it now. I wanted to see what kind of stamina I had today so I kept the incline at 1. Did a .25 mile warm-up, jogged 3 miles, then did a cool down. Total time was 37:07. I was pretty proud of myself that I lasted that long-I didn't think I could yet. |

| | I'm starting to feel the groove of running again, which is so nice. I'm hoping to get the rest of the pregnancy weight off before the end of May. Did a .25 warm up, jogged 1.75 miles, then walked the rest of the way with an incline of 2. Total time was 36:30. My left calf is feeling weird still, so I think I'm going to have to break out the foam roller again-oh goodie. |
