I tried the incline at 2 for 99% of the time and it hurt the arches of my feet when I was walking. I don't know if that means I need to stretch better or just get used to it. The jogging felt pretty good. I think the breakdown was something like .25 mile warm up, jogged 1.25 miles, walked .75 miles, jogged .75 miles, then did a .25 cool down. Total time was 36:25. Hopefully I'll get back into more of a routine soon-chocolate is not repulsive to me anymore and it's showing! |
