P90X Day 89 Core followed by some extra ab work and some extra pushups. I made it 89 days without missing a day of P90X! I did substitute some running (mostly speed work) for some of the cardio and all the yoga workouts, but other than that followed the program as prescribed. I can say P90X really does transform your body when you push yourself. Tomorrow is day 90. I'm supposed to do Kenpo, but I'll be leaving the house about 2 am to catch my flight to the Bahamas, so I'll just have to have Doone help me find a way to get in some cardiovascular work to celebrate the final day of P90X. :)
