P90X Day 30-- I'm 1/3 the way done! Plyometrics: I actually missed this workout during my recovery week. It is such an intense cardio workout that while doing it I'm wheezing and bent over with my hands on my knees when ever I'm not doing some crazy jumping or what ever. When it's over I know I'm going to be feeling the burn all day long. I was so sweaty this morning by the end, you would have thought I had jumped in the pool.
