I woke upb early and ran so my wife could be out the door at 6 for her run. I did a nice easy 15 miles and mildly built up my speed as I went. Ended up averaging 7:52. Felt good.
Wow!! Nice run, awesome pace for a "nice and easy" run. Does that mean you were out and running by 4 a.m.!!?? Man alive ... you and Mark are CRAZY!!
15 miles?? Did I miss something, do you have a race coming up or are you just that diehard!!??

Yep, I was out running at 4am.
No, I don't have any big race coming up. I just don't want to have to work my milage back up. When I'm training for a marathon I rotate between 16 and 20 every Sat. When I'm not, I rotate between 10 and 15 every Sat. No reason to have to regain all that endurance again. I'll just hang on to it.
