I got up about 5:15 and it was already 92...yikes.  I ran to the track and did 12 x 400s with 400 m jog recovery.  The first 2 I did solo and then Blake joined me.  I averaged 1:20 for those 12, then I did 2 more with Blake at his pace of 1:26, then ran home.

Total run 11 miles.  It's going to hit 120, maybe higher today.

Wow Bro Rhett, thats really a hot start. I got up and out the door here by 5:15a but the temp was only at 64* and rising. When I got home it had already jumped to 70* and now at 4:pm it 94* and still rising! Your work out sounds like a meat grinder!!!!

Yes we are having a crazy hot week. It's supposed to hit 123 today. It's dry though so it's not as bad as it sounds.

Lol. Dry heat or not, I don't like it. Haha. I have never been able'to deal with got temps.

I wouldn't mind living in Seattle, where it rains a lot. That's my kind of place. :)
