I finally have that feeling I usually get after a good run.  I did my water running this morning a little differently to get there.  I did it without the belt.  To stay afloat you have to run pretty hard.  I could only do it for 1 minute at a time.  So I ran all out for 1 min. then held onto the side and did some easy kicking for a minute and then repeated 15 times for a full 30 min workout.  I got my HR up around 165.  About 140 was my max with the belt and usually I was around 120.  Anyways, it feels good to have that post workout burn feeling again.

Way to feel the burn! I am glad you found something that works for you, and still gives you that runners "buzz"
