It was a bit cooler this morning, upper 70s and I could definitely tell that it was easier to run.

Well I try to check in on the fast running blog from occasionally. I haven't posted anything on my blog in a long time because I haven't been running. If you remember I did Tony Horton's Power 90 last winter and am now on day 28 of P90X. I haven't been blogging it because it just feels weird to put it on a running blog. I am absolutely addicted to P90X. It blows me away how it reaches every single muscle and is incredible cardio too. The only thing I miss about running is being outside in nature. But other than that, this P90X is incredible.
Glad to see you are still consistently putting in the miles. You are amazingly consistent and dedicated. If you don't mind I'll still pop in and read your blog from time to time.

Mack, I love hearing from you. I have been checking every now and then to see if you have updated your blog. I'm excited that you're enjoying P90X. It is an very well put together exercise plan that give amazing results. I tried "Insanity" this spring and did not like it nearly as much as P90X.
