30 minutes elliptical My sinus infection was just not going away so I finally broke down and started a Z pack last night. I'm already feeling a lot better. Tomorrow is rest day and then the big race on Saturday. I'm going to go for a 3 hour race, but I haven't really run for 3 weeks. Three weeks ago I felt like I was in shape to go for a sub 3 and I have been cross training hard ever since. Hopefully my leg is healthy and my body is ready to go for it. I'll find out soon enough.
