19 mile hilly bike ride this morning
Tonight I made it out the door about 8:30 for my run and it was still 85 degrees.
1 mile warm up
4 x 1 mile with 1/2 mile recovery jogs (6:15, 6:20, 6:52, 6:35)
1/2 mile cool down
I was all over the place on my mile repeats and they hurt way more than they should, but I guess since I haven't done any fast running for about 6 weeks, it's a good start.
