15 easy miles on the trails keeping HR under 140.

I saw the coolest thing when I was out running this morning.  I heard this noise like a jet engine coming up over the crest and I looked up as saw this guy flying about 30 to 40 feet above the ground on a Fly Board.  It's a little bigge than a skate board with jets.  He flew over the crest slowed down, waved at me then took off again. I bet he was doing 50 to 60 mph.  It was really cool to see. He made it look easy too.

Nice run - and sweet, how is he secured in?

I couldn't quite tell. It looked like his feet must have been locked into the board somehow. He had his hands free.

That thing is nuts. I'd probably soil myself if I saw that out of nowhere! This will go down as one of the more memorable runs of your life, for sure! Nice miles!
