Glad I'm not the only one that ate all of the holiday goodies over the weekend. Last night I seriously layed in bed and tried to remember if I had eaten anything healthy at all throughout the day. Stink! Not good!!

Last night at the party I went to I started out so good and only put salads on my plate but the cheesecake and 15 cream puffs did me in! (I don't think it was really 15 but I stopped counting at 7!)

My wife is trying to sabatoge me and keeps making all these fabulous Christmas goodies. I really was going to be good yesterday and then I sampled one little thing and before I knew it, I had eaten too much of everything.

Hey Rhett...You amaze me with all the miles you put in and then talk about doing a tempo run at night.

On the treats issue, I actually did pretty good this weekend. My wife made treat after treat and I only sampled one thing. Thanks goodness. Once I get started on a treat I usually can't stop.
