1 hour elliptical. Calf felt fine doing that with some very mild tightness when at the lowest ramp level.

was that calf a victim of that first speed workout? seems like this hit a couple days after that. heal up!!

Dale, thanks. It usually seems to be my calf that derails me too.
Tim, probably I wasn't fully recovered from my speed work, but my legs felt fine when I started the workout.
