TM hill setting level 4 set at 8.0 (7:30), wanted to go for 1 hour. After mile 4 I was pushing harder than I should have been for an easy run, so I took it off the hill setting and run flat for the last 4.
Total run 8 miles, 60:00
SpeedStar 2 Miles: 8.00

Nice run are you still using the tape?

Well done, keep being patient.

Kathie, yep, still using the tape. It seems to help.
Paul, patient I will try to be. Keep reminding me though.

Rhett!
Awesome and smart run!
Do you think that it would help if I wrapped my entire body in the tape??? :)

Kathie asked the same question before SGM, but she was too prepared and not injured at all. She didn't need it, but you Teena, with all your crazy injuries... well, it may do some good. :) :)
Teena, just keep x-training and you will be ready to train properly and injury free for Boston.

Sorry -- used the account I have been using to put all my pain scales, eating log, etc.
So ... what I was saying is ... could all of the cross training also be contributing to my pain? I keep thinking no, but my legs are thrashed.

Teena, yes cross training could hurt you. You need to find some a form of cross training that doesn't hurt and do that. Maybe stay away from any cross training that resemble running for a while, ie. eliptical machines.

Nice and easy. Way to listen to your body man. You will be back to your former self. I didn't do the great xtraining that you have. And it took almost 3 months before I could do anything that resembled what I did pre-injury. Nice and easy bro.
